We collect your rightful revenue from insurance companies so your office staff can focus on patient care and collecting from all patients at the time services are rendered. This allows you and your team to collect more and to provide your patients with the best possible care. Collect more with RightWay Dental Billing.

Why Outsource Dental Billing?

By outsourcing to RightWay Dental Billing, you are working to create a supportive atmosphere for your team to flourish and provide your patients with the best possible care. This allows the Dentist to be a Dentist and still collect all insurance revenue that is rightfully owed to you and your practice. This requires RightWay Dental Billing to be involved in every aspect of your insurance claims processing. In addition, our primary goal is to achieve your over ninety (90) days insurance account balances are at ZERO for the client. Let A/R decrease, while your collections increase.

What does the Dental Billing Service Consists of?

Your account Managers for your office will send daily, weekly, monthly reports to your management team that will include a summary of our insurance collection efforts, any issues that we have resolved in tracings, and anything that is needed from the office to get claims paid.

Any claims that are denied, we immediately investigate the reason for the denial and appeal the claim, if it is appealable. Because of our attention to detail, this ensures that we collect on a timely matter any outstanding balances that are rightfully yours.

Primary and secondary claims as well as preauthorizations will be sent electronically, daily. We will send out for processing all electronic claims by your current electronic claims system. If you are currently still using paper claims, we can assist you in converting to any electronic claims system that is compatible with your dental software.

Our account managers follow up weekly on thirty (30) day old, and up to 24 month old, weekly. Your daily recap report will include a summary of insurance balances that were followed up from that day. If your office requests a detailed list of all follow ups from that day, it can be requested from your account manager via email. All claim notes are documented in the claim status or guarantor notes in your dental software.

Electronic attachments will be sent for all claims whenever it is required by the insurance company. In rare occasions, an insurance company may not accept neither electronic claims nor electronic attachments. In this instance, we will print and process the paper claims and attach any necessary documents through the mail. RightWay Dental will ask that you reimburse us for the cost of stamps that have been used for these paper claims.

We are here to help you retrieve any information as quickly as possible to get that claim reprocessed. We will contact the patient and ask for any information that was missing and update the patient profile. These errors will be reported in your Daily Recap email to help you better understand how we are resolving any insurance collection issues without taking your staff away from patients.

All insurance payments will be posted within 24 hours after the EOBs have been scanned in the designated folder by your office. All EFT/Direct deposit insurance payments will also be posted daily. We recommend all checks to be deposited on the next business day to ensure our daily deposits match what is posted daily. Our account managers will complete insurance contracted adjustments on the patient ledger accurately and timely.
