Productive Schedules is an add-on service that can help alleviate burdens from your office and bring back those patients. We provide customized calls, letters, text messages, and emails that can be completed to fill schedules to productivity.
No robots, real people calling patients to show them that your office cares about their health and well-being. We communicate with your patients between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm your time, never during hours that are not respectful o your patient’s time. All our communication will be HIPPA compliant and secure communication.
We want your profits to increase by maintaining a productive schedule. RightWay will generate reports daily, weekly, and monthly that displays all communications made to patients and if they have scheduled. This allows office to track our work and progress to maintain productive schedules.

To become credentialed with an insurance company, you must submit proper information that is requested. This process can take many months if not completed correctly.
Our expertise in this field means that we will send all information that each insurance company needs to get each provider credentialed correctly and in a timely fashion. In addition, any re-credentialing information will be sent to each insurance promptly to not drop you off their provider list.

*location add-on, change of tax ID, removing location, cancelling contract, etc.

Credentialing per Provider, per insurance company, per location
*This includes a 90, 60, and 30 day notification when your contract is expiring.
Why are our fee schedules not accurate? Too Many adjustments being made on accounts.
RightWay Dental billing will request yearly fee schedule updates from each insurance that your office is currently in network with. Once fee schedules are received, we will update each to your dental practice management software. This is very important to complete yearly to not have so many adjustments completed and insurance estimates that are not accurate. Let us handle this going forward to reduce your adjustments.
