RightWay Dental Billing has customizable forms. This allows for the office to customize what they want our verification team to ask each insurance company. Our mission is to increase your cash flow and decrease your A/R with one simple step of customizing your form to your office. We want paid claims, and this is the way to do it!

*Urgent verifications – add one (1) dollar to each urgent verification whether it be with or without data entry, termed or not active patients add $1.00 to that charge. For example: If it is a Basic Verification with data entry and it is urgent, the cost will be $$3.50.
*A one-time startup fee of $150 will be charged upon signing up for the Insurance Verification add-on. A contract will be sent over by email to be reviewed and signed.
*There is a minimum of $700 minimum requirement that must be billed for Verifications monthly. You will be billed this minimum requirement monthly or billed based on actual verifications completed if they total more than $700 in the month.
*This is a month-to-month agreement and can be cancelled at any time, but we will bill for any verifications completed in that month
*Customizations for Basic Plus & RightWay – Any additional codes/questions that are not on our form can be verified. An additional charge of $1 per verification for every 5 codes/limitations/frequencies.
*Additional customization is available for the RightWay Verification forms, if needed.
When we apply data entry, this means we enter all the coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and frequencies into your practice management software. Some practice software’s do not allow for frequency to be placed, hence why our breakdowns are very much informative for the office team. We want your office to customize it to your liking so that we can be sure that services provided on that day of patient’s arrival will be paid.
Our breakdowns are 100% accurate and are usually completed within two (2) business days of patient arrivals. Reference numbers with insurance representative’s name, date and time of call are placed on the verification form in the case of any denials we have direct proof of what we received from the insurance representative’s recorded call.
Urgent verifications can be completed by our insurance verification team but will incur an extra charge. Please review summary of charges before requesting any urgent verifications.
